Before you start
Sign in as a quiz author. Start with a quiz you own, because editing, importing, publishing, and assignment actions reject users who do not own that quiz.
Work through the product
Add meaningful topics while authoring a source question, then find it from Question Bank by text or topic. Reusing it creates an independent copy in the destination quiz. Use the Topics workspace to inspect coverage and return to the source only when its author needs to improve the shared original.
Expected result
Authors can find proven questions by topic, copy them into another owned quiz, and evolve the copy without silently changing the source question.
Limits, privacy, and control
Question Bank reuse creates a deep copy. Only the original author can change the source question or its topics, even when organization members can view and reuse it.
