Organize quizzes and reusable questions with folders, the question bank, and topics
Use folders for owned quizzes, Question Bank for reusable question copies, and organization topics for finding related source questions.
Before you start
Sign in as a quiz author. Start with a quiz you own, because editing, importing, publishing, and assignment actions reject users who do not own that quiz.
Work through the product
Create folders from Folders and move owned quizzes between them; deleting a folder either requires handling its quizzes or follows the selected deletion choice. In a quiz editor, search Question Bank and add a deep copy. Assign multiple organization topics while authoring, manage topic names in Topics, and open a topic workspace to view matching questions. Only a question's author can edit its source or topic membership.
Expected result
Authors can find proven questions by topic, copy them into another owned quiz, and evolve the copy without silently changing the source question.
Limits, privacy, and control
Question Bank reuse creates a deep copy. Only the original author can change the source question or its topics, even when organization members can view and reuse it.
Troubleshooting
If a control is unavailable, confirm that you own the quiz, have the required organization role, and are within the current plan limits. Save the current tab before moving on, then preview the quiz with a test response before inviting respondents.
