Before you start
Sign in as a quiz author. Start with a quiz you own, because editing, importing, publishing, and assignment actions reject users who do not own that quiz.
Work through the product
Make material questions required, define the passing score and attempt cap, and require login when the result must identify a respondent. Publish to assigned users, monitor completion and individual responses in Reports, finish manual grades, and export CSV evidence according to your retention policy.
Expected result
The owner can distinguish completion from score, inspect question-level performance, finish pending grades, and export the permitted result detail for further analysis.
Limits, privacy, and control
Exports and result PDFs can contain identities and submitted answers. Share them only with authorized recipients and remember that extended analytics and XLSX require Premium or above.
