Review reports, grade responses, grant attempts, and export results
Move from summary metrics to individual responses, finish manual work, record attempt exceptions, and choose the appropriate export.
Before you start
Sign in as the owner of the quiz you want to manage. Preview and read-only information may be broader, but lifecycle, settings, distribution, and result actions enforce owner access.
Work through the product
Open Analyze from the quiz for completion, score, and per-question detail, or Reports for filtered cross-quiz results. Open Grade when Free Text or File Upload answers await a human decision; saved human points override an AI suggestion. Attempt History shows prior submissions and accepts extra-attempt grants with an optional note. Standard CSV is broadly available; extended per-question CSV and XLSX require Premium or above, and large exports finish in the background.
Expected result
The owner can distinguish completion from score, inspect question-level performance, finish pending grades, and export the permitted result detail for further analysis.
Limits, privacy, and control
Exports and result PDFs can contain identities and submitted answers. Share them only with authorized recipients and remember that extended analytics and XLSX require Premium or above.
Troubleshooting
If a control is unavailable, confirm that you own the quiz, have the required organization role, and are within the current plan limits. Save the current tab before moving on, then preview the quiz with a test response before inviting respondents.
