Manage organization roles, subscriptions, seats, and member access
Understand Main Admin, Admin, Trainer, and respondent boundaries, inherited plan access, invitations, promotions, removals, and capacity errors.
Before you start
Sign in as an organization administrator. The main administrator owns the subscription and member roster; plan capacity determines how many administrator, trainer, and respondent seats are available.
Work through the product
The main administrator opens Admin, Subscriptions, then Members to invite trainers, promote eligible members, and remove access. Admin and Trainer capacity comes from the effective organization plan and is checked before an invitation or promotion is saved. Organization authors inherit the owner's plan for feature gates, while respondent users are created and counted separately. Review the displayed shortfall before upgrading or freeing a seat.
Expected result
Members receive only the role and inherited subscription access intended for them, while capacity checks prevent the organization from exceeding its purchased seats.
Limits, privacy, and control
Question Bank reuse creates a deep copy. Only the original author can change the source question or its topics, even when organization members can view and reuse it.
Troubleshooting
If a control is unavailable, confirm that you own the quiz, have the required organization role, and are within the current plan limits. Save the current tab before moving on, then preview the quiz with a test response before inviting respondents.
