Learn when to use each Premium author review, what AI checks, and why you apply and save any changes yourself.
Before you start
Own the quiz, configure at least one enabled AI provider, and keep its credential private. AI authoring and correctness-review controls require Premium or above; answer grading also needs a model answer on each enabled question.
Work through the product
Save the question before reviewing it. Evaluate by AI provides a pedagogical review of clarity, difficulty, ambiguity, and possible improvements. Evaluate correctness checks whether the saved prompt, answer options, and configured answer agree. Neither action changes the question, answer key, points, or grading settings: apply only the feedback you accept, save your edits, and rerun the check. These authoring tools are separate from AI grading of respondent answers.

Troubleshooting
If the buttons are unavailable, confirm that you own the quiz, the question is saved, your plan is Premium or higher, and an enabled provider profile passes Test configuration. A failed provider can fall through to the next enabled profile; if all providers fail, the question remains unchanged.
Limits, privacy, and control
Never place API keys in question text, screenshots, or shared documentation. Review AI suggestions before relying on them; a human grade takes precedence and unsupported or failed requests fall back safely.
